notes on living a life

“As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease. When you act out the present-moment awareness, whatever you do becomes imbued with a sense of quality, care, and love - even the most simple action.”
~ Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now: A guide to Spiritual Enlightenment

I spent the last week or so updating this space. I woke at 5:00 am thinking about a few more changes I wanted to make and instead of fighting them, got up and made them, then slipped back in bed! I like the new look and I hope you can find your way around.

I did not take as many black and whites last month. In fact my whole photo mojo has been off a bit. It will come, I know. I hope those of you who are still under ice and snow are staying warm and safe. Spring is here in the PNW, and it is glorious.

thank so much for stopping by today
have a grand week,
