“Plants want to grow; they are on your side as long as you are reasonably sensible.”
― Anne Wareham
I wonder at times if I every will grow tired of being in my garden. I seem to have outgrown the feeling of being tied down, as I have come to understand it might suffer, but won't die if I leave for a few days or even a few weeks. Martha is not stopping by with her photographer and the little patches of weeds I just don't get to don't bother me. We all were outside for most of the day. He tamed some ivy and I weeded the hillside. The dog, moved his dinosaur twice and chased a few squirrel. I also made some rhubarb bars.
