We meet the newlyweds, along with her parents for dinner and a concert. The weather has cleared up and Seattle is alive with fall beauty and life, lights and rhythm. We laugh at dinner, catch up and drink margaritas. At the concert, I feel the music deep inside of me and I find myself waking up a bit more. We drop the kids at their bikes, off for a beer with their friends, and we head for home. We both agree it was so good to get out, also understanding why it is so hard at times. There is a whole big world outside our little home, we need to get out in it I think.
