for a few weeks now i have started each day with a clear intention.
yesterday it was food, and it was hard! being mindful of what goes
into my body, taking my time to savor it with all my senses, is
not something i am use to doing at all. i did pretty good until dinner, when i was alone
and watching my iPad. it did not surprise me when i finished to find that i could
not remember much about what or how i ate.
today was a do over and while it was no easier, i did do better.
