i cut back the rest of the flower beds
go to the library
start a new book and want to underline every beautiful sentence in it
walk the dog and meet a new neighbor
capture the heron in flight (even if it is not very good) 
make bread
plant a new tree
cry a little
write my middle son a love note
breathe
and find gratitude
