My friend Kate has the most amazing newsletter that she sends out monthly. In today’s issue she shared an article that included ways to make the world today a little bit lighter. One of the suggestions was to make a list of tiny little joys, or T.L.J.s that you encounter throughout out the day. I loved this idea! Thinking it was just the practice I was I was searching for when I started this project.
